Frozen Cantaloupe Pineapple Margaritas

A little advance prep is all you need to make this great frozen cocktail.

You’ll Need:

1/2 large cantaloupe, peeled, seeded & roughly chopped

Entire contents of 1 20 oz can of crushed pineapple in pineapple juice

Plastic storage containers with lids

A blender


Triple sec

Lime juice



1. Combine the cantaloupe and contents of the can of crushed pineapple in the blender.

2. Blend til smooth.

3. Pour into plastic storage containers, cover with lids, and pop in the freezer for a few hours so the mix freezes up.

4. When ready to serve, combine the following in the blender & blend til smooth:

— frozen fruit mixture
— 8 shots of tequila
— 4 shots of triple sec
— 2 shots of lime juice
— ice cubes

Makes 8 small or 4 large cocktails
