Lemon Scented Pull Apart Coffee Cake

When I found this recipe from The Whimsical Cupcake on Pinterest, I was immediately smitten.

I didn’t realize I’d be making it the very next day. But I needed to do something just a little decadent, and this most certainly fit the bill.

The recipe is exceptional, and the author’s directions are perfect.

Yes, as the author states, it requires a bit of time and more than a few steps, but it truly isn’t complicated. Simply follow her directions — but perhaps bake a little longer than directed, as my oven required — and you’ll be amply rewarded with an utterly delicious result.
